HOW WE CAN HELP
THE Demi Clients
This specialized interior design service is tailored toward clients who are looking to enhance and furnish up to three rooms or spaces. Our interior designers work with our Demi Clients to create functional layouts and curate and procure quality furnishings from our trade exclusive and trusted vendors. Using our creative talents and years of research in the industry, your designer will work with you to create a beautiful and functional design.
The Demi simplifies the design process with a customized flat fee design investment per space. We can also extend our Stone House stylized touch and project management with our a la carte packages for additional services such as windows, wallpaper, accessories and in-home styling.
Our Process
Over the course of our years in business, we have developed an efficient process that guides our work. THE Demi project typically spans 3.5-4.5 months, facilitating a comprehensive transformation of your space. We value our clients’ time and investment and prioritize connection and transparency throughout each project.

THE Demi is a perfect fit for clients who….
- Want the help of an interior designer but are not ready to invest in Full Service Interior Design
- Have the time and willingness to handle parts of the design process that are not included in THE Demi
- Are not looking to remodeling, but are instead interested in new furnishings to refresh their space(s)
- Are looking to furnish up to three rooms vs an entire home
Full Service Design is best for clients who…
- Are ready to invest in Full Service Design
- Do not have the time and/or the willingness to take on parts of the design process that are not included in THE Demi
- Are looking for remodeling work (custom built-ins, hardwired lighting replacements, paint refresh, etc.)
- Are looking for our design team to take the reins and manage all parts of the design process, including our Stone House Signature Styling
You can add on any of our Al A Carte Design options. Our design time can include these services in your intitial proposal, or they can be quoted at a later date, in phases, at your own pace.
THE Demi includes White Glove Delivery. Our delivery team will place your furniture under your direction and management (with the customized layout that our team has created for you) and dispose of all trash and recycling.
Each Demi Design is tailored to the scale and scope of each clients’ spaces and needs. From our experience, clients can expect to invest anywhere between $1,000-$5,000 per space for design and project management. This investment estimate does not include the cost of furnishings.
