FAQ

We issue in store credit for physical products within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. Products must have the receipt or proof of purchase via email and be in unused condition, packed in their original cartons complete with all parts and original packing materials. In circumstances of damage, customers may contact us to exchange the product with a new one, if available, or receive in store credit. No returns for custom upholstery, furniture, and rugs. No returns for installed or modified lighting. Floor models, seasonal merchandise and sale items are final sale.

As of right now, Stone House Co. operates as a brick-and-mortar storefront, providing an in-person shopping experience. However, we are excited to announce that we have plans to offer online services in 2025. Stay tuned for updates on our website as we work towards providing a convenient online shopping experience. We appreciate your patience and look forward to bringing our products to you in the digital space.

Yes, Stone House Co., will offer gift cards for purchase in store. We will soon have gift cards available for purchase online. 

All SHC Upholstery & Casegoods, and Rugs are shipped via our white-glove delivery service. Our white glove delivery service is a flat fee of $200 within a 50 mile range for up to 5 pieces. More than 50 miles and/or over 5 pieces will require a custom freight quote. Our delivery team is trained to handle your order with care, ensuring that it arrives in pristine condition and is set up exactly where you want it. White glove delivery includes trash removal and set up of furniture. It does not include art or lighting installation. Customers are not able to pick up their merchandise in store. One of our Stone House staff members will email with delivery ETA’s and schedule delivery once received.

Our custom made furnishing items are all made to order with varying lead times. Lead times are estimated based on our manufacturing partners. Upholstery lead times range anywhere from 8-12 weeks on average.
