THIRD COAST

The Third Coast is a gorgeous, contemporary coastal apartment in Milwaukee. The design client is from California and wanted a peaceful, minimalist, modern retreat to visit a few times a year. In the dining room, we included a navy drum light fixture, round white dining room table with parson style chairs to make the space feel more open and light.

In the living room, we wanted to provide comfort, additional seating by bringing in textures and warmth. We styled a modern neutral couch with pillows and a luxurious leather ottoman that adds warmth, two custom chairs in denim blue striped performance fabric, and a white rattan side table styled with a ceramic lamp and accessories. A white bookshelf was added next to the couch and styled with modern accessories that add color and interest to the space. A beautiful oversized rattan mirror above the couch grounds the room and adds warmth and brightness to the space.

In the bedrooms, we carried the modern, minimalist style to each room. In the master bedroom, the focal point is a beautiful custom bed in a denim patterned fabric with crisp white bedding. Light cane wood nightstands styled with terracotta lamps with linen shades. The kids bunk room features a contemporary bunk bed and light wood desk with stylish desk chair.
