  • Generate and track purchase orders (POs); coordinate deposits, payments, and timelines with suppliers.
  • Monitor order statuses using Dext and other systems; handle receipt tracking, damages, and returns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the design team to maintain up-to-date bid spec sheets and ensure client budgets are met.
  • Communicate order/shipping timelines to the team and resolve vendor issues quickly.
  • Manage procurement for the retail store, aligning inventory cycles with seasonal and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate product pricing in Square; promptly update records based on vendor price changes and market trends.

Cross-Functional & Client Coordination

  • Partner with the design and warehouse teams to ensure all items are received and installation-ready.
  • Coordinate photography, trades, and other preparations to ensure seamless store and client installations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service; represent Stone House in client interactions with professionalism and poise.
  • Attend trade presentations and maintain strong vendor relationships; open new trade accounts as needed.
  • Support bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations in coordination with the accounting team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Interior Design, procurement, or related field.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong negotiation skills and vendor management expertise
    • Proven leadership and team coordination experience
