We’re looking for a marketing and brand manager who believes great design deserves great storytelling and knows how to deliver both. The Marketing & Brand Strategy Lead will own how our interior design firm and retail brand are experienced across every touchpoint, from digital and editorial to in-store and in-person.
This role is equal parts strategic and creative. You’ll shape the long-term brand vision while leading day-to-day marketing, content, and campaigns that feel thoughtful, elevated, and intentional. With a strong creative point of view and a sharp analytical mindset, you’ll turn ideas into impact, building awareness, deepening engagement, and driving growth across both sides of the business.
You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, designers, and retail teams, and work with a network of creative partners to bring the brand to life through storytelling, events, and collaborations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the intersection of design, culture, and commerce, and knows how to connect meaningfully with an audience.
· Define and steward the brand identity, voice, and visual direction across all touchpoints (design studio and retail).
· Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, in-store, and experiential channels.
· Translate the creative vision into clear brand narratives and marketing strategies.
· Monitor market trends, competitors, and cultural insights to evolve brand positioning.
· Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels.
· Coordinate with PR agency for publications, collaborations, and overall strategy.
· Oversee campaign planning and execution for product launches, collections, and design services.
· Manage marketing calendars and seasonal initiatives aligned with business goals.
· Collaborate closely with leadership, design, retail, and sales teams.
· Set content strategy across platforms (website, social media, email, editorial, in-store).
· Lead storytelling for interiors, products, projects, and brand ethos.
· Direct photo shoots, video production, and editorial content in partnership with creative teams and external collaborators.
· Ensure content aligns with brand standards while driving engagement and conversion.
· Conceptualize and execute brand events (store events, launches, installations, trade or design community events).
· Develop and manage strategic partnerships with artists, designers, vendors, media, and aligned brands.
· Cultivate relationships that expand brand reach and strengthen industry presence.
· Oversee collaborations from concept through execution and measurement.
· Define KPIs and measure performance across marketing channels.
· Analyze data related to brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and sales.
· Use insights to optimize campaigns, content, and channel strategy.
· Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven decision making.
· 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or communications, preferably in interior design, retail, luxury, lifestyle, or creative industries
· Proven ability to lead brand and marketing strategy at a high level
· Strong background in content creation, storytelling, and creative direction
· Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
· Demonstrated success with events, partnerships, and community-driven marketing
· Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
· Deep appreciation for design, aesthetics, and craftsmanship
· Experience in retail sales or customer service
· Familiarity with Square, point-of-sale (POS) systems
· Experience working in a team-oriented environment
· Experience in furniture sales or interior design with familiarity of textiles, materials, etc., and their use and application in common household items
