What happens when design meets legacy? When a dream kitchen becomes more than a kitchen? A place where stories unfold, meals are shared, and grandkids gather around the island for snacks, hugs, and memories?
That’s what #GrandmasRetreat is all about.
After years of driving back and forth to visit her grandchildren, our client was ready to make Whitefish Bay her home.
Her wish list was simple—a house that is:
- close enough to walk to the grandkids
- filled with beauty, functionality, and love
TRUSTING THE PROCESS
Letting go of “the way things used to be” wasn’t always easy. From design elements that challenged expectations to finishes she’d never considered, it took trust, something we never take lightly. By embracing the process, she ended up with something truly her own.
From the moment she walked through the door, she knew it was meant to be. A custom-designed kitchen with thoughtful touches (like a countertop microwave perfectly placed for accessibility and safety) and classic details brought the heart of the home to life.
